However the upkeep and cleanliness was very poor. There was a lot of hair in the floors, the couch was is stained and it looks dirty. Were in town for herping event so was good for us as we were not in the house much. Biggest concern going in was the AC situation. Wall mounted motel type unit did the job... too cold for me but perfect for the wife, which is normal for us. Very much a dorm room feel to it as the sitting area and the bed are only separated by a partial wall. Shower water pressure was amazing and mattress was comfy. The sky deck was very enjoyable. The little "cabin" is cute. The location is great for someone who needs to walk a dog. The owner made check in very easy. However, the bathroom floor and shower were not clean. (We wore our shoes) The microwave had to be moved and the top of it and the fridge were filthy. It was dirty behind the trash and in the corners of the room. The sheets and bedding didn't seem clean. We gave this place a 4 anyway because there were so many other good things.
