Barelas is a historic neighborhood that actually pre-dates Albuquerque. The Barelas Coffee House is an institution not to be missed! (4th & Cesar Chavez) Guests have access to the entire apartment, except for a small locked supply closet. The property is easily accessible from I-25 & is a short (less than 10 minutes) drive to the airport. Please be aware that we will charge extra for the following: $200 fine for any evidence (smell, ashes, butts, stains) of smoking inside. This includes any kind of smoking. $50 fine for not cleaning up after your dog. $200 fine for tampering with any of the camera equipment, including but not limited to unplugging the indoor sync module. $100 fine for going into the wrong apartment. Please just read the instructions.
