### Villa Silvio, 8 pers, piscine, proche plage en voiture

Villa neuve de plein pied, tout confort au cœur d'un lotissement paisible et jardin spacieux pour le plaisir des enfants.  
Villa entièrement climatisée et internet disponible avec la fibre.  
  
La villa peut accueillir 8 personnes avec ses 4 chambres.  
  
\- chambre 1 est une suite avec lit en 160 cm et dressing. Elle dispose d'une salle d'eau et Wc pour plus de confort  
\- chambre 2, suite également avec lit en 160 cm, dressing et sa salle d'eau attenante et WC  
\- chambre 3 lit en 180 cm et dressing  
\- chambre 4, 2 lits en 90 cm que nous pouvons rapprochés et dressing.  
  
Ces 2 chambres se partagent une grande salle de bain avec baignoire et wc indépendant.  
  
L'espace de vie est composé d'une grande cuisine ouverte toute équipée et d'un coin salon et salle à manger ouverts sur une grande terrasse ombragée propice à des moments de convivialité.  
Sa piscine (6x3) fera des heureux avec ses bains de soleil pour se prélasser au soleil. Un barbecue à charbon est à votre disposition.

Serviettes de plage de qualité (100x150): \*\*10€ TTC\*\*/personne et par séjour  
  
Le quartier  
Taglio Rosso est un quartier résidentiel tout proche des splendides piscines naturelles du Cavu, accès en voiture ou à pieds (10 min).  
Le village de Sainte Lucie de Porto-Vecchio vous offre toutes les commodités nécessaires au bon déroulement de votre séjour  
La plage de Pinarello et ses restaurants se trouvent à 15 min en voiture  
  
Nous sommes soucieuses de rendre votre séjour à la hauteur de vos attentes  
La SC Immobilier Conciergerie sera sur place pour vous accueillir. Elle vous contactera avant votre arrivée et sera disponible tout le long de votre séjour.
