Explore Winterberg: a year-round paradise! Enjoy stunning views of the Kahler Asten from your private balcony. This property is situated in a tranquil area of Winterberg, yet conveniently close to vibrant ski slopes and excellent public transportation options, making it ideal for both those seeking relaxation and adventure. The 8 m² balcony offers breathtaking views of the Kahlen mountains. Winterberg, a charming town in the heart of the Sauerland, is renowned for its winter sports and beautiful landscapes. No matter the season, Winterberg has something to offer for everyone, whether you're here for winter sports or summer activities.

Accommodation  
Via a short staircase with five steps on the outside you enter the apartment on the ground floor, which is otherwise completely on one level. The living room invites you to relax, with a comfortable sofa with a chaise lounge, a separate armchair, and a coffee table near the television. There is sufficient cupboard space around the television for storing personal belongings.  
  
Adjacent to the living room is the dining area, which can seat six people. Here you can eat together, prepared in the adjacent kitchen. This kitchen is fully equipped; with a hob, fridge with freezer compartment and oven you can quickly conjure up a meal. After eating, the dishwasher takes over the work for you. A cup of coffee or tea is also quickly made thanks to the coffee maker and kettle.  
  
The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (180x200 cm) with bedside tables and bedside lighting, and above it is a "single bunk bed" (90x200 cm). There is also a wardrobe and some shelves for storing clothes. An extra sleeping place can be created with the fold-out bed in the living room, which offers two more sleeping places (90x200cm). The bathroom has a pleasant shower cubicle, a washbasin with mirror and a toilet. Here you can freshen up before or after a nice day of vacation. The 8m² balcony offers a beautiful view over the mountains of Kahlen. It is furnished with two chairs where you can enjoy the surroundings. The accommodation also has a number of practical extras. For example, there is a washing machine/dryer in the basement, intended for communal use. There is also a garage at the house where you can safely store ski equipment or rented bicycles. Parking is possible in the garage of the house. For children up to 2 years old, a high chair and a cot (70x140cm) are available. Please note that pets are not allowed in this accommodation

This destination is a haven for winter sports lovers, featuring a variety of slopes that accommodate both novice and experienced skiers. With modern facilities and breathtaking views of the snowy landscape, the area is perfect for skiing, snowboarding, and cross-country skiing. If you're looking for something different, you can also enjoy toboggan runs or ice skating at the local rink.  
During the warmer months, Winterberg transforms into a lush paradise. Lace-up your hiking boots or rent a bike to navigate the extensive network of trails that meander through dense forests, alongside sparkling lakes, and across serene valleys. Adventurous souls can explore climbing parks and exhilarating mountain biking routes, particularly on the famous Kahler Asten.  
  
Some accommodations offer access to a shared swimming pool or a nearby one. All pools are heated.A deposit of €100 is required through a SEPA authorization form, sent in advance and filled in at check-in. The form allows us to deduct up to €100 in case of damage. If no charges are made, the SEPA form automatically expires.The rental price includes energy costs.Free access to the indoor swimming pool and sauna (sauna use costs €2.00 per session).Bed linen, final cleaning, and tourist tax are mandatory and reflected in your reservation summary or invoice.Towels, kitchen textiles, and children's furniture are included in the price.A crib or high chair is available on request.Young groups and parties are not allowed.
