met my expectations. Could have provided transportation info
property was well maintained, staff were friendly and knowledgeable. location was very central to the down town amenities
Every thing was good except when I flashed the toilet got blocked but after calling the room services they came and fixed it
I had a lovely 1 night stay, in town for a concert. Room was neat, today and clean, staff were super dooper friendly, check in people couldn’t wait to hear how the concert was when we got back. Great room, great value. Thank you!
Location is amazing! Can walk to the Human Rights Museum, The Forks, and a ton of incredible local shops and eateries (Clementine, Bronuts, Chiban) in the area. Neighbourhood can be a bit sketchy going towards Giant Tiger, but we’ve never had problems! Parkade is convenient.
I liked the downtown view and free drink and breakfast vouchers but pay for parking 3 days should have been included not 53$ extra
Staff helpful and friendly! Hotel was clean and cozy with a great location!
The were accommodating for my every need. The rooms were fantastic and food was top notch.
Hotel said available and booked on line. When I got there, they had no room for me and said they stop doing business with Hotels.com a week ago. After seeing the neighborhood, I was happy of not staying there
