I had made a complaint on how my room #312 was not cleaned properly and that there was someone’s hair throughout the bedding and inside pillow cases! I even brought one down to prove it and nothing was done, I wasn’t compensated all I had revived was I’m sorry this happened. I had stayed there 2 nights and nothing was done immediately after I complained about it a “note” in the system was taken but then not found by another employee? I have some formal complaints and I will be informing anyone I know who chooses to stay here in the future to not because of this terrible experience.

Pros: clean, good customer service, well rounded breakfast, microwave and fridge in the room, air conditoned Cons: somewhat noisy (right next to a train yard, lots of foot traffic in the hallway with kids running around late at night), very low water pressure in the shower
