Enjoyed the choice of refreshments in the room including complimentary tea and Nespresso. Would have appreciated a replacement for the faulty bulb over the shower at or near the time when the bulb went out. Also, would have appreciated if checkout costs, ie water & laundry bag, were charged to the card used to book the room versus being taken out of my deposit refund. However, staff were pleasant and generally helpful overall.

The bed was very comfortable, location is great. We walked to The Forks as it was only a 15 minute walk right along the river. The only negative is the limited parking, however there is street parking available, but the spots are tough to get

Very modern and clean, but you will have to pay for your parking and there is no food service provided anywhere in the hotel. It is however a very nice location along the river
