I have a leg injury and hadn't realized that the walk from Security was so long: Gate 48 to Gate 1. I was called back because I had left my laptop at security and couldn't imagine going back all that way with my bad leg. The AC staff member at the gate desk, wheeled me both ways to pick up the laptop. It is true that boarding hadn't started, but still, I appreciate this humane gesture, and wish this were the norm everywhere. I wish I had asked her for her name. She deserves to be recognized for her initiative, good humour and kindness.
