Front desk staff helpful and friendly. Lobby newly finished but elevators hallways not clean. Rooms could use a deep clean ( wipe down walls doors corners. All drawers were dirty inside. ) several patrons loud and banging on doors. Not up to Holiday Inn standards.

My only complaint is the hot tub was too hot lol. Everything was great. Will definitely return. Oh and …. The filipino gentleman… who was around multi tasking (answering questions, cleaning, helping customers ….. was a Gem! (Even though he couldn’t tell me where a nearby dim sum restaurant was ….. he was so helpful in every other way).

The sofa in the room looks really terrible. Stains and dirt were very obvious. I have to put an extra bedsheet in the sofa just to make sure were not getting any bugs or whatsoever. One more thing, washroom was dirty. Yellowish stain were seen in walls. And lastly, the carpet were so so so dark because of very obvious dirt. Im sorry, Im not really a picky person, I love staycation in a Hotel but this is my first time to experience this feeling of having uncleaned room.

Booked based on them having a shuttle to and from the airport. Learned that the shuttle doesn’t operate after 10 PM and before 5 AM. Suggested that they be clearer about this when booking. Also surprised to see a $50 refundable damage deposit when the room was already paid for in full. Once again, they should be clearer about what the customer can expect. Seeing a patron bloodied and attended to in the lobby by EMT combined with the intoxicated person that attempted to get into the taxi when I arrived, made me question my decision to book there. I will never book another room at that hotel.
