Efficient and kind staff at check-in, and the room was immaculate. What prompted me to post a review was our time at the pool. It was busy and plenty of kids were zipping around wildly while most parents were absorbed in their phones. I became concerned when a large group of teens went down the water slide together in a jumble. I didn’t want to intervene, but thought I might have to as I was genuinely concerned about the slide’s weight limits. Before the teens had reached the bottom of the slide, a staff member appeared to give them a polite but firm warning. I can’t imagine his job is easy, kids want to have fun and some parents react poorly when a stranger steps into their role! I later noticed the same staff member standing unobtrusively to one side watching the pool area. I appreciated his discernment in allowing the chaos but knowing when to draw the line.

Business rooms are great. The room we switched to for our 3rd night was on the main floor and wasn’t Uber clean. Staff friendly. Pool awesome for younger kids. Restaurant good but a little $$.
