Only bad thing was some of the other guests were loud and kids a bit too rowdy in the pool with little supervision, but that isn't the staffs fault. Other than that was a great stay.

I was surprised that a hotel this size Doesn’t have and vending machines for drinks and snacks. Too many panhandlers just outside the doors. Otherwise hotel was very clean

I got bit by tiny flying insects called “No-see-em’s” on my first night. Changed rooms next day and four days later, I still have red bites on one side of my face and neck that still itches :(

We only stayed one night for my 40th bday in the executive room with the Jacuzzi. It was nice overall. Only thing that wasn't so nice was the drunks coming back from the bar at 2am, laughing and yelling outside in the hallways.

The air conditioner had a warning on it that the filter needed to be changed. The hook on the bathroom door to hang your towel on was broke. Other than that the bed and room were in good condition. Wish there was continental breakfast but wasn’t due to a restaurant in the hotel.

Got to my room and there was no light at the entrance , bulb was burnt, got locked out of my room due to the latch but that got fixed. Got a room by elevator which was noisy hearing every one. From inside my room could hear everything frim the other room.air conditioner very noisy. No stairs available to walk up or down because pool was close. Was a ok stay not very pleasant. Staying again in August for 3 nights and hoping for a little better stay

In past; we’ve always stayed at this convenient location. There is good and bad: The bad: Our 1st night, we were provided a room on the 3rd floor, across from the 24/7 elevator (on this floor). NEVER AGAIN; on this floor or the 2nd floor or the 4th floor. Just way TOO NOISY (natives were restless), swearing all hours, arguments, ALL hours that 1st night. Next morning, more arguments in the hallway, swearing couple. Enough!! We asked to move rooms- front desk obliged- no Qs asked (to the 6th flr) Finally! Peace and quiet. 5th floor ice machine didnt work - and didnt work for the week we stayed. Need to increase shower water pressure. We mentioned this in our past stays- nothing changed to improve this. Our room key was troublesome. When we switched from 3rd flr to the 6th flr, we have to come down 3 Xs after returning to the hotel & getting a fail at the room door each time. The pros: Great staff - room cleaning was very good as expected and friendly. Front desk staff was very friendly as expected.
