This first thing they hit you with is a required $50 per day hold on a credit card. Like all hotels they do require a credit card on file however unlike other hotels they take a hold of $50 per day right off the bat. This wasn’t released right away after I checked out. Refusing is not an option they won’t you check in despite my room being full paid for. Wifi didn’t work at all the entire time I was there and overall the hotel showed signs of water damage. The microwave in the lobby makes the whole thing feel like a cheap motel. I don’t recommend it Winnipeg has better choices for accommodations. Also no room service and doors are locked at all times.

Rooms are really clean and well designed. Bedding was nice also. Staff were always cleaning I was surprised how clean. The hotel is safe with access only to your room floor. Parking was also safe with with security patrols.

It was my first time coming to Winnipeg and I stayed for three nights in the hotel. The front desk staff are very helpful and friendly. The room has an industrial-style look, and it's very clean. I'm very happy with my stay and highly recommend anyone who wants to stay especially in the downtown area.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a highly unpleasant experience. The washroom was filthy, with a lot of hair above the sink and even in the trash bin. The cleanliness standards were clearly lacking. Stepping out of the main lobby was another shock. There were numerous homeless people loitering around, and the area reeked of weed. To make matters worse, I encountered human feces on the sidewalk. This was absolutely unacceptable and left me deeply dissatisfied with my stay.
