"The room was clean and the staff were so nice, but we also added room decor and it's sad they didn't put in any effort for 110$ they put 6 balloons and called it a day "

Walking distance to the falls which is super convenient, parking available, room was clean and staff were friendly. All in all a great option when visiting! "

However, they moved my reservation to another hotel, same type of room with the same view I reserved. For this reason I gave them 5 stars. I feel that was amazing customer service. "
