The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. They did their best to assist with any requests. It would be even better if a discounted parking rate were available, as the parking access road is quite narrow and a bit difficult to navigate.

I like that property upgraded my room to convenient 2 bed as I made a change to my reservation from 2 adults to 2 adults and 2 kids a month before. after arriving we were happy to see our room with 2 beds, sofa and huge bathroom on 26 floor. Restaurants were good and tasty specially Watermark, best restaurant I’ve ever been with nice atmosphere and outstanding view. What’s more important that Corso restaurant and Watermark had gluten free food as we had celiac disease person with us. Thank you...

Hotel had newly renovated rooms. Carpet was clean. Room was a very nice size - quite large, with a modern shower and tub. The hotel's location was very convenient being very close to Clifton Hill. Lots of parking made it very easy. We enjoyed the pool which was also very clean. All staff we encountered were friendly. Would definitely come back!
