"Need improvement with valets parking, last Friday I was check in with my hotel the valet parking doesn’t help me at all and gave me no tickets I had to go lower level to get my ticket and my vehicle then going out from hotel garage then second days valet not doing anything then third days valet not do anything too. I don’t know if they still charged or not charged please need improvement with valet parking and better improvement with there speeding had three different options 35.00 70.00 and 100.00 can you explained to me what it’s??"

"The rooms were very clean. We arrived early and they accomidated us with our room. Only thing we were bummed about was we forgot our charging block andnothing in the room has USB ports for charging. We were able to buy one close by, but it would have been nice to have at least one in the room. Other then that, the stay was great!"

"Very clean hotel, staff was very friendly. The view of the falls was incredible. Food and bar downstairs, Starbucks across the street and within walking distance of the falls. You pay to park, but can get a bus pass to travel to all of the attractions, would definitely recommend. We had no issues with our stay, our room was clean and we didn't have to ask for anything. Can't wait to come back"

"Our room was clean and the bed was comfy . I believe the hotel was sold out this past weekend with so many tournaments and meets for sports . But the staff handle the busy place like pros ! Definitely will return next year"
