"Large rooms, comfortable beds, helpful staff, good breakfast but I suggest to add more options to the breakfast buffet menu. Room was clean, didn’t use the gym so I have no idea. They have a nice pool. Easy to reach the falls and clifton hill by walk, very close, keep the car in the hotel parking and go by walk, all are close just minutes away."

"We had a room with a falls view and it was spectacular. We were on the 20th floor. They had an easy express check out system and emailed everything to you the morning of check out. Parking was convenient to get in and out of. It is located in a walkable area but we ubered a lot."

"I love this property and this was my third visit. The rooms are spacious, the grounds are beautiful, the restaurant food is delicious and there's plenty of free parking. The staff is professional and friendly. It's an easy 12-15 minute drive to the tourist attractions at Niagara. I've stayed in Niagara itself and much prefer the quiet of Thorold/St. Catharines as a home base. I highly recommend Four Points St. Catharines."
