"Of course it was wonderful stay, I stayed here 2nd time now in July 2025 and earlier stay was in June 2023 Excellent ambience, although I will say rooms are little bit conjugated but definitely manageable, good rooms and cleanliness happens daily this is what I found both times when I stayed almost 5 nights. Very near to TimeSquare, best breakfast for go and grab at bond 45"

"Loved our stay at the Westin Grand Central. The staff was all very polite and accommodating for me and my family (two adults and two young children). And the location was perfect for everything we wanted to explore in NYC. The area around the hotel felt super safe and had plenty of stores and cafes to check out nearby. I knew in advance that the destination/resort fee was required but that it covered breakfast and in my opinion it was well worth it. The hotel is “separate” from the restaurant in the sense that they don’t share staff or fees so whatever you get extra will be charged to your room. The restaurant host was amazing but the wait staff could’ve been more polite. Overall, the food was a delicious way to start our days. I would definitely stay there again!"
