« ここは好みが分かれそうです。場所は文字通りダウンタウンにある家で、安いのて選びました。 部屋はベッドにテレビ、小さなテーブルも1つあり、バスタオル付です。 シャワーとトイレ、キッチンは共用で、片付いています。 が、まず空調は冷房だけで冬は毛布が置いてあるだけです。またWifiはドアに書いてあるものと違うのを使っています。私が一番困ったのは、管理人が正面玄関を開ける形にしているので、自由には出入りし難いことと、部屋には内鍵しかないため、自分がシャワー等を浴びたりしている間のセキュリティが心配になる事でした。 つまり安いなりのリスクがある、ということを自覚して行くと良いでしょう。 »

« At first it started off rocky. Thought I could check in at 3pm although I told them I would arrive around 5pm. That’s on me. Long story short 1st room I got was not serviced got the 2nd room real quick. Overall it gives you a college experience with the bathroom and showers outside the room. I enjoyed it. »

« A casa é muito boa Só alguns problemas na cozinha mas é normal lugar bem localizado perto das igrejas onde eu estava indo perto do centro tem linhas de ônibus para Nova York recomendo bastante para quem vai sozinho ou vai num grupo de mais ou menos umas três pessoas tem quatro quartos para aproveitar então tem muita opção quem for lá e quiser alugar compensa »

"L’hôtel est super bien placé, si vous décidez de vous rendre sur New York en bus il y a un arrêt de l’autre côté de la route qui vous emmène à Times square en 20 minutes. Pas mal de resto au pied de l’hôtel, plusieurs supermarchés. Chambre très spacieuses pour une famille de quatre personnes. Le point négatif que nous avons trouvé dans cet hôtel, c’est pour les petits déjeuners. Il y a beaucoup beaucoup trop de monde, attendre 20 minutes pour griller sa tartine, re attendre 20 min pour un café et ne pas trouver de place assise. En même temps la fourchette horaires pour les petits déjeuners est de 6h à 9h… dommage "

"Très bon pied-à-terre pour visiter New-York sans se ruiner. Le bus 127 passe en contrebas de l’hôtel (3 min à pied) nous emmène près de Times Square en une trentaine de minutes. Il est en revanche peu fréquent hors heures de pointe. Il y a un Target et plusieurs chaînes de fast food à une dizaine de minutes à pied. L’hôtel est facilement accessible en Uber depuis l’aéroport de Newark (\~30 min pour \~40$). Le personnel de l’hôtel est absolument adorable. Le choix du petit déjeuner n’est pas très varié mais fait l’affaire. Il est possible de prendre un café/thé ou des snacks (muffins, fruits,…) à emporter. Il y a aussi un mini market à l’accueil. La chambre est plutôt confortable mais pourrait en revanche gagner en propreté."
