« J'ai adoré le quartier et l'état de propreté de la chambre et surtout des communs, absolument impeccable, en plus du personnel au petit soin et extrêmement arrangeant, un énorme plus pour un voyage pareil. Très gros point négatif, le bruit, les chambres ne sont tout simplement pas isolées du bruit intérieur à l'établissement et c'est assez gênant, en plus du fait du radiateur à l'ancienne qui fait un bruit assez agacant. Si vous passez au dessus de ça alors le voyage sera excellent ! »

NYPD had to be called to rescue us from our room after a fight between the owner and her son broke out in the living room. The police supervisor advised us that this location is a know narcotic drug spot and advised against any future stay. We left immediately and were fortunate to find other last minute accommodations. »

« well, i’m a big believer in not punishing owners for the wrongs of other patrons because that’s not fair as it’s not their fault- so i gave them 5stars- howev, i’d also be remiss to not mention something that happened. i woke up the first morning to what sounded like quite a heated exchange in the kitchen/living room area between some other patrons who were staying here (presumably). it was pretty intense, and it ended with police being called. i got out of there after that. idk if that’s a...

« ここは好みが分かれそうです。場所は文字通りダウンタウンにある家で、安いのて選びました。 部屋はベッドにテレビ、小さなテーブルも1つあり、バスタオル付です。 シャワーとトイレ、キッチンは共用で、片付いています。 が、まず空調は冷房だけで冬は毛布が置いてあるだけです。またWifiはドアに書いてあるものと違うのを使っています。私が一番困ったのは、管理人が正面玄関を開ける形にしているので、自由には出入りし難いことと、部屋には内鍵しかないため、自分がシャワー等を浴びたりしている間のセキュリティが心配になる事でした。 つまり安いなりのリスクがある、ということを自覚して行くと良いでしょう。 »

"Tout nous a beaucoup plu dans cet hôtel : propreté de la chambre, personnel très agréable, possibilité d’acheter des aliments dans un supermarché à proximité et d’utiliser la kitchenette de la chambre, accès à 2 minutes à pied du Path, métro qui permet d’accéder au world trade center côté New York en 1 station. En revanche, le matelas du canapé-lit utilisé par les enfants n’était pas du tout confortable et les fenêtres manquaient d’isolation et laissaient passer un peu l’air de dehors. "
