« 10 jours en famille avec 4 enfants. Nous avons du prendre 2 chambres. Pas au même étage, c'est le seul regret... Très bien avec une cuisine. À proximité de l'ONU, bus devant l'hôtel. Métro à 10 minutes à pied. Machine à laver et sèche linge au sous sol très pratique. Personnel de l'accueil charmant. Machine à café, chocolat ou thé dans le hall. Pratique avant de sortir. Salle de sport si il vous reste de l'énergie après ces journées à découvrir NY »

« Chambre impeccable, la communication avec le personnel via l’application est très simple et les réponses sont rapides. La chambre est très bien agencée, il manque des chaises pour nous français qui mangeons « à table », mais on s’y ait fait. La laverie est facilement accessible et il y a de nombreuses machines: 4$ la lessive et 4$ le sèche linge ( il faut demander une carte à charger à l’accueil de l’hôtel, en laissant 10$ de caution) Changement des serviettes 1 fois dans le séjour de 12...

« Le personnel était chaleureux et très accueillant. Nous avions réservé le Studio Plus avec le lit Murphy. Le studio était confortable, propre, bien équipé et moderne. La laundry room au 8e étage et la fitness room étaient très pratiques. C'est la 2e fois que je loge chez Placemakr lors de mes séjours à New York et je reviendrais sans hésiter. »

"Extrêmement déçu. Quoique la chambre était propre et confortable (66° à l'arrivée), les corridors et ascenseurs étaient glaciales comme à l'extérieur durant cette période de froid polaire, la piscine était très froide (non chauffé) et le gym aussi très froid, bar/loundge fermé. Le gérant mise sur les économies de chauffage car les thermostats étaient ajusté très bas (Chambres 66°(à l'arrivée), Gym 66°, Corridors et ascenseurs encore plus froid), donc pas un problème mécanique."
