"The worst part of our arrival was the wait of 40 minutes for the hotel shuttle that supposedly runs every 30 minutes at that time of night. When we phoned the hotel to inquire, they snapped at us to not call them, that the shuttle would come automatically. Note: there is even a sign posted in the shuttle to call them upon arrival, so, why so rude? Once we were in our room, it was good. Warm, not hot water for shower; otherwise, good."
