"Our stay at the Grand Ferdinand was great and I am very happy we picked this hotel. I'd say it's unbeatable in terms of location - we liked being close to everything but the immediate surroundings weren't crowded or 'touristy', so it felt very authentic and peaceful. Even though there were roadworks going on outside, they were not disruptive in the slightest. Our room faced the indoor patio and that was ideal - absolute silence and, surprisingly, a beautiful view! I do understand other guests concerns re: the lack of storage space in the rooms, though. What's odd is that there was more than enough space to install a proper wardrobe and a chest of drawers - I think the rooms would really benefit from that, especially if any guests are spending longer than a long weekend there! It was absolutely fine for us, but I do get it. Everything else was brilliant - I got an iron when I requested one, plus additional coat hangers. Staff were attentive and had very impressive language skills. We would stay here again :)"
