"Cons: There was no air conditioning, so the room was hot in the summer. The curtains didn't block all the light, so the room got bright early in the morning. There was no elevator, so we had to carry our luggage up to the third floor. The area around the hotel wasn't very nice. Pros: The room was clean. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. The self-check-in process was smooth and hassle-free."

"The only issue I had is that I booked a room facing the courtyard and got street-view instead...the staff said that even if it is written on the website it isn't sure until you check in. "4 nights stay in Trend Hotel and it was quite functional and well located. Best part is the service and the staff were all very polite and accomodating every day. Gabriella in the moser restaurant was our favourite, always cheerful and so very kind. The breakfast was fabulous and we thought this is a strong point for the hotel.
