The hotel is beautiful, with a creative design, 16 min away from the airport (30 euros Uber). With the exception of the floors in the restaurant and elevators. When I got to my room the yellow pillows were filled with dust which activated my allergy. My nose was stuffed all night, and sneezed on several occasions. This made my stay not as pleasant as it could have been. This made me think what else the cleaning crew haven’t taken care of that is not visible to the eye.
In the morning I went to get some breakfast from the buffet, specifically at 7:20am on 27th of February 2023. When the server/bartender (the shorter from the both) saw me, she asked for my room #. First she was speaking so quality then I realized not only, but she had a very strong accent so I couldn’t understand her. Then I politely asked her to repeat herself a total of 2 times. She immediately changed her facial expression and on the 2nd time she literally shouted at me with an ugly tonality and behavior. No one wants that In the morning, especially in such an expensive hotel. When I went to check out I explained my concern regarding the dust, and the reception said “that’s what happens when the hotel is located in the city, next time tell us you have allergies so we can prepare”. Do I need to go over how horrible this excuse was, and her suggestion?! Let me know I can. I’m not happy, and I will not come back or recommend.
