Staff were overall nice but some receptionists weren’t as friendly ie a welcoming/polite smile would have been nice esp when asking general queries about late check out or paying part of the bill with Hyatt gift vouchers. Rooftop service was great & a welcoming atmosphere from the staff. Aurora has lovely views & it’s a relaxing respite after a day touring around. Spa - lockers were temperamental where some worked and others didn’t. Sauna/steam/ice shower/relaxation room were fantastic, & more importantly the relaxing massage by Ella was the BEST massage I’ve ever had in a hotel & elsewhere. Lots to do & see in Vienna too! "
