This Hotel is stunning in every way-beautiful, pristine, very quiet with a wonderful breakfast (included). The concierges and staff are terrific. No restaurant or bar(though there is a well-stocked mini bar in the room) but it doesn't matter because the location is fantastic. You turn the corner and are then immersed in the thick of shopping, sites, museums etc. Fantastic food & drinks indoor and outdoor everywhere. Loved it!!

This a beautiful hotel in a super, super convenient location. I loved staying here and having so many shopping and dining options close by. It's a relatively small classy hotel. I liked it a lot.

The hotel was in a great location and very walkable to all the sights, restaurants & shopping. The metro was nearby. The hotel was clean but the only available toiletry was a squeeze soap for hand, shower gel, shampoo & conditioner. It was almost empty in 2 containers when we arrived and the only thing available. It left my hair a gloppy mess, it was not a conditioner. The breakfast buffet was not the greatest, no scrambled eggs, only toast for gluten free, very limited options for such a nice hotel. Our room was smaller than pictured, we could hardly walk around the 2 chairs in the room to get to the bathroom. Overall a nice hotel but definitely could use some improvements.

The Kaiserin Elisabeth is an absolutely lovely hotel in a beautiful old building. Rooms are comfortable and well appointed, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We will definitely be back the next time we are in Vienna!

The property is ideally located near to the centre of Vienna. The location was chosen specifically so that we could go out in the evening and have a wide choice of food, which we did. The property is more traditional, which was fine and the bedrooms were comfortable. There was a bath and a shower, which is rare these days, but excellent. Due to the central position, there was some noise at night, but this is not the hotels fault. The only negative was the pillows were not supportive. I probably could have spoken to the staff and got them changed, but I did not, however the staff were very friendly.
