This is our regular hotel in Vienna. Staff is wonderful and helpful. Very convenient and our grandchildren love discovering all the art.

The only things that weren’t great: mattresses too soft and a weird smell from the toilet. It was clean but the smell didn’t go away

Awesome Experience
I loved everything about my stay in the Hotel. It was very neat and welcoming. Very Good Breakfast with a generous spread. The Staff were amazing and of great assistance when I had a request. I will stay in the Hotel again when I visit Vienna.

We reserved a room for 3 people. The room had 2 single beds and a couch that broke down into a rock-hard sleeping unit. It was terrible. We were on the 5th floor and the building next door had construction occurring as early as 6am daily. The shower backed up and we were told we were at fault even tho the shower was 3 minutes long. We changed to a just as bad room and the vacuum was left outside our room for 2 days. Overall disappointing.
