Very nice hotel everything was exceptionally clean comfortable beds nice helpful staff. Transportation close restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast buffet was great! Water warmer in room for coffee and tea which was provided by the hotel.
New hotel, well located for transportation: near to train station, metro station, city bikes, 3 super markets, one in front of the hotel. Also pretty close to the Belvedere (walking distance) and to Karlplatz, easy connection to the old city center and the Ring.
Spacious room, simple decoration, pillows where not the best for me, but apparently you can ask for other. Clean, friendly staff, security box in each room.
We didn't try the buffet breakfast, but looked good, a little expensive for me. Near to a few local cafes.

"Excellent location close to good restaurants, city"
The stay was painless, and totally comfortable. Since breakfast needs were simple we ate at a small chain bakery very close by. The champagne gesture was appreciated. The room was very quiet with the windows closed, and acceptable during the core night hours with them open.

Great service they made the room for the kids... two beds all made before we arrived. The breakfast was very good it had different cheeses hot items and espresso coffee machine. Compared to the Holiday Inn in the United States this Hotel far surpassed any of them in terms of service, cleanliness, and customer help.
Walking distance to Vienna downtown. Safe, close to a metro station, nice breakfast, great service, very gentle assistance. I'd definitively stay at this hotel again... although would ask for a room with the TV located closer to bed.

I was a little hesistant about this place but once I got there, it made my day easier. I showed up an hour early and my room was ready. It was small, yes, but comfortable for me and my 6 year old. One of the gardens is walking distance, and so is a small park behind a church, located behind the hotel. We found a good place to eat and found an Aldis as well. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were freindly. I had no issues at all.
Many of Vienna’s artistic and cultural celebrities live here. Wieden’s varied architecture includes fine examples of the Secession style (Art Nouveau) and the city’s most impressive Baroque church, Karlskirche. The Naschmarkt on the Wienzeile is Vienna’s liveliest market.
