"I picked this property based on location. When you get the actual property address after booking, it’s actually over a mile away from where the pin shows on the map prior to booking. The apartment we were given felt more like a prison cell, it was absolutely nothing like the apartment in the photos. There was no pictures on the wall, the walls were covered in dirty brown marks and was absolutely filthy. The bathroom was disgusting. Even after having a shower in here I still felt dirty. Best...

"We had to call the guy when we arrived at the hotel and had to wait 15 minutes for him to arrive, we then came into the hotelroom which was freezing and called the guy again to tell that the heater doesn't work which he said he would fix. We then came home late hoping for at warm room, which was not the case and has to fall asleep with all our clothes on under 3 blankets as we froze all night. "
