Had a lovely stay - very nice room with a balcony, friendly staff, great breakfast and incredibly quiet for a hotel so close to the city centre. The only thing that slightly surprised us was the graffiti in the street outside - seemed very incongruous for an otherwise nice area. Would definitely stay there again though.
It is a okay hotel. Shower is in the bedroom, quite odd and inconvenient. Free wifi only applies for one device, if you have more than one device, either you pay for additional fees or log off first and logon with different device. It did not mention in their website.
The hotel is in a great location, right next to a main metro stop and near the trams. Also on a great shopping street. The staff at the hotel were so friendly and welcoming.
The rooms were spacious clean and comfortable, would have loved it if they had in room coffee though.
Fantastic value for money spent. Would stay here again for sure.
"Nice hotel, within walking distance of city stuff"
We (my husband and 2 children) were there pre-Chrsitmas. We much enjoyed our breakfast and time in the city. Within a block or 2 all public transportation seemed to be available. We got good directions and encouragement from the hotel staff. I was there for 2 days without my husband and the kids and explored and enjoyed the surrounding neighborhoods. Felt totally safe.

Just cross the street to the west railway station and metro station. Very convenient.
However, no hot water provided for tea or coffee. In addition, only one bathroom and one toilet provided for shared room user. I don't know how many rooms share them. Sometimes feel a bit inconvenient.
Once a poor, overcrowded neighbourhood of textile workers, the 7th Bezirk has regenerated into a trendy student enclave. Visitors hone in on the feisty modern art in the MuseumsQuartier, while cafés, pubs and a thriving folk music and theatre scene keep Neubau humming into the wee hours.
