The hotel is spotlessly clean and well run. There was an extensive breakfast buffet which included fresh fruit, range of cakes, breads, pastries, hams, cheeses as well as cooked bacon, sausage and eggs. The hotel is well placed for visiting the museum quarter and there are numerous restaurants nearby. It is easy to get to by public transport.
Hotel is conveniently located for sightseeing and is well priced for the amenities it has to offer. It takes around 25 minute walk to get to the city center.
Staff was efficient, however sadly to say to the point of unfriendly.
The hotel is well situated near the museum quarter and within walking distance of major cultural venues. We had a room that was large by European standards, with a very good bathroom. Breakfast was at a very acceptable level without being anything special. The Hotel staff differed from person to person in their attitude and general competence. One member forgot to send off our laundray for two days, which was awkward for us. Another tried to cover the mistake, but a third apologised profusely and offered us a free breakfast which was appreciated. The rooms are immacutely cllean, wifi is good, and we enjoyed our stay.
- hotel staff were very helpful with accommodations and information about the area
- room is uniquely designed and clean
- area around hotel is quiet and close to major subway station
- would stay here again

Our stay at Fleming's was lovely. The breakfast is luxurious, the rooms beautiful and airconditioned. Only the beds were not as comfortable as they might have been. The matrass is covered in plastic, which is not comfortable during hot summer nights.
The hotel was really cheap (more like the price of hostels), i got a good deal from Expedia for a private room with a shared bathroom. Luckily there weren't a lot of people on the floor so had no trouble with the shared bathroom. The hotel rooms are somewhat old but not messy or anything.
Once a poor, overcrowded neighbourhood of textile workers, the 7th Bezirk has regenerated into a trendy student enclave. Visitors hone in on the feisty modern art in the MuseumsQuartier, while cafés, pubs and a thriving folk music and theatre scene keep Neubau humming into the wee hours.
