We liked very much the breakfast, it included so many kinds of food that can satisfy anybody. Second advantage is the expertise of the staff regarding any inquiry or request to explain how to get to a specific plae.

An absolute gem! Everything was just exceptionell; the premises, personnel, beds, breakfast. Especially loved, how quiet the room was even though there’s s fairly busy road outside. A special shout out to the lady who runs the breakfast service, one rarely sees such dedicational service attitude. We had THE best time staying at this hotel.

Hotel is located in a new building which is very important. Design and interior is quite new. Location of the hotel is perfect. Not too close to a crowded center however, walkable everywhere. Room was comfortable and nice. Personnel very friendly.

Excellent location just a 5–6 minute walk to all main public transportation stops like Wien Westbahnhof. The staff are genuinely friendly and very helpful, especially the kitchen team and the Front Office. A comfortable stay overall with good service and easy access to the city.

Great location for cafes and so close to the train. The hotel was clean. I was unaware that this hotel charged per person, and I was dismayed when I had to pay an extra €150 because my husband was there - but they didn’t change my room… I’m confused what the extra money is for. A female at the front desk was unreasonably cold, and made us wonder what attracted her to the hospitality field. We are not going back to this hotel.
