Just finished a 5-night stay here during my first visit to Vienna, and loved all aspects of Adina Apt Hotel. Chose this property for proximity to main train station, public transport options, amenities (specifically wanted hotel room with washer/dryer), and overall price point for location and amenities. As solo traveler, stayed in a studio room which had ample space all around (bed size, working/dining table with chair and bench, love seat/sofa bed, cabinets for clothes, plenty of space for luggage. Plus loved the kitchenette (sink, mini dishwasher, mini oven, decent size fridge, washer/dryer, well stocked kitchen supplies). Windows are very well insulated -- I did not hear the trains passing although I could glance out the window and see them. I had a room facing away from the street, so that was very quiet. Very convenient to train station to grab groceries, meals from food court, general shopping. 5 minute walk to Belvedere Palace; 15 minute walk to city center; tram stop is outside the front door 50 meters down the street. I prefer to stay here instead of noisy city center. The hotel is very clean and safe. I didn't purchase or try the breakfast, opting instead to grab breakfast from train station food outlets. This is my go-to place to stay when I visit Vienna in the future.
