Perfect place to hop onto the train to anywhere. Walking distance to major attractions. It was quiet even with the train right beside you. Food in the restaurant is really good. Room is really clean. Really enjoyed my stay there.

Room on 8 th floor - family ( for 4 people. Staff very nice, helpful and hard working. I do mot speak German but almost everyone speaks very good English so no problems with communication. very good location of the hotel, very easy access to centre and Vienna attractions.

I left another hotel to come here after asking if the A/C would be able to be used while I stay. The answer was “yes.” Upon my entry to the room I discovered I had been lied to. The A/C is not allowed to be used during the “winter.” My stay was technically during the Spring but that didn’t matter. I confronted the staff & they acted as if it was normal. My room was 80 F upon arrival & faced the evening sun. It never cooled down to more than 73-74 F. The window tilts open about 3 inches. It doesn’t help. Hot air rises & being on the 16th floor made it even worse than the floors below. Hotel amenities were great. I just don’t appreciate being lied to. Staff just didn’t seem to care about my issue. When they feel a conversation is over they just walk off. I didn’t sleep much being so hot in the room. Location to station was great but with the window open the noise was insane. People on the street screaming all night long, trains blowing their horns, etc. If you want to sleep, don’t stay here. No A/C & staff are rude!
