Exceptional property. If I could give them six stars, I would do it. The property is beautiful and very well located near to several attractions. But what makes this place truly special is its staff. They know how to make their guests feel welcome. I had a terrible day returning from Venice, where my passport was stolen, and our speed train was delayed by 4 hours. I missed my birthday dinner reservation I had made weeks in advance at their Ambrosia Restaurant. The staff was empathetic and...

The hotel was fabulous. The restaurant served amazing food and the staff were so friendly. The included breakfast was delicious and staff amazing.
