I do not believe the Grand Hotel Palace caters to Americans. It took us a day to have someone switch the TV over to allow us to see shows in English. ( there was no way to use subtitles and no US shows were on the TV) When they converted the TV there were only BBC, CNN, CNBC,and SKY. There is no coffee maker in the room. There were no electricity converters available for at least 24 hrs.
