Summary:  
Brand new business apartment. Just few steps from Verona Fiera, Porta Nuova Station, and few min driving from city centre.

Brand new one bedroom apartment, just finished renovation.  
  
Premium furniture and decorations, together with a perfect location close to the Station and Verona Fiera, make it a perfect accommodation for both business or holiday stays in Verona.  
  
Spacious master bedroom with closet.  
  
Large and bright living room with double sofa bed to accommodate up to 4 people.  
  
Fully equipped open-plan kitchen  
  
New and modern bathroom  
  
Free Wi-Fi available.  
  
Upon confirmation of your booking, you will receive an email containing all information about the property and your stay. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  
  
Please note: Upon arrival guests are required to pay security deposit as shown during the check out process, and Verona City Tax equal to €3.50 per person, per night, for a maximum of 4 nights.
