Kitchen equipped with a refrigerator-freezer, microwave, oven, 4-burner ceramic hob, filter coffee maker, dishwasher, and washing machine.  
Bathroom with 80x120cm shower cubicle and a separate toilet.  
  
Upstairs accessible via a 49cm spiral staircase: two bedrooms, each with two 90x190cm single beds that can be joined to form a 180x190cm double bed.  
  
50m² garden with garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue.  
Enclosed courtyard secured by a gate with parking for two cars.  
  
Connected electric heating (19°C) with energy charges included.  
Linens provided and end-of-stay cleaning required.
