Bathrooms looked brand new. Kitchen had a large work area, pantry, ice machine, extra freezer and necessary equipment. This place has it all, hiking along the river or up hills, a shooting range, the picturesque Nueces River with its crystal clear water, trails to explore if you have a truck, clay throwers and a clay shooting range, outdoor cooking area always has someone hanging out, pool table, awesome kitchen, and just chilling in the house is great. Eric the ranch hand is always on the ball if you happen to need anything or have questions, and Cathy the booking coordinator is very friendly and a pleasure to work with.
