So because Expedia took my money upon reservation, we had no money for another hotel and spent the weekend in our vehicles with my special needs child. And now, Expedia is taking their sweet time "reviewing" my claim. I even paid for the insurance. DO NOT USE EXPEDIA!!!!!"
