"Clean, spacious and exactly what we needed for a Thanksgiving holiday with family. I especially appreciated the minimal cleanup required upon checkout. Obviously we would never leave the place a mess, but it was great to leave the deep cleaning to the cleaning staff so we could get on the road. I'd absolutely rent this home again."

"Communication with Mohammed was good. We received check-in info well in advance, and he responded quickly when we had questions about the wifi. The house is located in a residential area, so there was a bit of neighborhood noise, but nothing excessive. The street parking was fine - the explanation of overnight parking rules was a little confusing, but we had no issues. Interior has been upgraded recently. "I wasn’t looking for anything glamorous just for a one night Niagara Falls trip with the kids on a whim. It fit our needs for a night. The neighborhood is a typical tight city block 2 story style brick. At no point did we feel unsafe but the neighbor to the left (if looking at the home) had loud music during portions of the night. Nothing the fans in the rooms couldn’t drown out. Simple, low maintenance stay."

"15 mins after entering the property received complaints from owner. Tried to add rules and stipulations after receiving my money and contract was already signed, and made me feel like there was a violation of my privacy and rights, as well as racial profiling. Sent messages to me at inappropriate hours up to 2 am. Will not book again as I was very uncomfortable with treatment during the stay."

"We spent Thanksgiving week in Honey House in Clarence. We had a grand time hanging out in the house and also enjoying Clarence and Buffalo. The House was spacious -- big dining table for computers, games or eating. There was plenty of room in the living room for football watching. The bedrooms were also spacious and beds very comfortable. The bathrooms were updated and there was plenty of hot water for the five of us.
