I asked her specifically about the home having a king size bed and if it was located in the main floor. She assured me there was a king size bed and that it was located on the main floor. This is not true. The home has a queen bed, a full bed and 2 twin beds located on the second floor up 2 flights of steep narrow steps. I ask these questions since my husband and I both have very bad knees and avoid stairs when possible. We also prefer a king bed since he is a hot sleeper and I don't appreciate being lied to. The home is old and not in the best condition. The floors are uneven and have soft spots throughout that are worrisome to walk on. Upon entering the home, the front siding is very dirty with cobwebs in corners and cobwebs all over the front steps. The front steps are also in need of repair. They are very wobbly.
