We Loved the breakfast the pool and jacuzzi were clean. Free coffee all day till 10 pm . They have a nice outdoor area to grill and hang out full kitchen to eat in The staff was helpful and friendly. The maid service was more than happy to give us extra towels with a smile! We Love staying at the Hilton.

Sadly, the room was in need of maintenance. The dishwasher did not clean properly; the carpet was lifted by the bathroom doorway; the bathroom door and bath area needed a good scrub; the couch was soiled. It was not the condition I was used to from the Hilton chain. I was disappointed. I have advised the hotel and hope they will act on the deficiencies.

Everything was clean and well maintained but the decor is dated. Housekeeping is by request and although I requested it 2 out of our 4 days it did not happen. The staff was friendly and accommodating and there’s a nice indoor pool.

The sheets weren’t clean, the carpet was extremely dirty and had a bad smell, the shower door was dirty. Please give customer fresh sheets and clean the bathrooms properly. I was very disappointed!

The facility was very clean and well-maintained. The breakfast quality was pretty decent. Our kids love the pool and the whirlpool. The main issues were the toilet did not flush well and the pillows were too soft. I had to use towels to prop up my head at night.
