"The neighborhood is not good. There was a moldy and smoke smell and within 15 minutes we were getting headaches. The upstairs bedding did not smell clean. The walls above stove in kitchen were greasy. Light switch was missing the switch plate cover. We didnt end up staying. We found another place for the night. Also, there is no central AC. Just a couple window units."

"Less than 10 minutes from UB North or South Campus, location is convenient for a visit to the University at Buffalo. The hotel was very nice. The entrance to the parking lot is a bit tricky to find, as it's off to the side of the hotel with a small sign and you have to go down a bit of a driveway. Self parking was good, but limited and one of the main parking lot lights was out, leaving it very dark. The immediate surroundings are a bit desolate, but just a very short drive to a vibrant suburban area."
