There is additional room and bathroom at upper level. No chores but don't leave space untidy Load used dishes in the dishwasher The minimum charge for smoking-related cleaning charge is $250\. No loud noises or parties, No visitors registered guests only. Update your booking if the number of guests needs to be updated. Late checkout fee $50 for 11:30 and $100 for Noon checkout. We provide shovels to assist with snow removal but do not offer snow shoveling services. Guests are responsible for making their arrangements for snow clearing. Weeds had taken over the detached garage and had begun to grow in the inside and were visible through the garage window. One of the window panes on the window on the front of the house was removed. Blinds were broken and the yard needed to be mowed and there was trash in the front yard. We honestly just had the worst impression riding up to it and were unsure if we should enter! We did, and though the interior was as pictured there was an odor of marijuana.
