This is a brand-new apartment in a luxurious residential within Santa Rosalia Lake & Life Resort, Torre-Pacheco, Murcia, Spain.   
  
The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a fully-fitted kitchen and lounge-dining room and a south facing terrace.   
  
Wristbands are provided which give you access to the lagoon and swimming pool ,along with free access to the Gym!   
  
The Santa Rosalia Lake & Life Resort is a holiday resort, which main feature is the biggest artificial pool in Europe and will have 17000m2 of custom made beaches. In La Reserva you will also find different places to enjoy nature and sports. Around the resort there is also more than five kilometres of paths and tracks for running and cycling.   
  
On the resort you will find designated places for everything from beach volleyball to disc golf, cross-training and street workout areas, pentaque and chess places. If its an activity which can be enjoyed outdoors, chances are, it is here.   
  
Less than 5 minutes from 18 hole golf course and approximately the same distance to Old Los Alcazares and the Mar Menor beaches. The Lake & Life Resort is located 30km from Murcia Airport and 80km from Alicante Airport.   
  
The accommodation is equipped with: lift access, garden furniture, washing machine, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), balcony, tennis court, paddle tennis court, central heating, air conditioning throughout the house, communal swimming pool, garage and car park the same building, 1 TV, satellite tv (Languages: Spanish, English, German, French).
