The host was kind. Property is near restaurants and lots of shops. Good place to just crash whilst touring Toronto. Bus is right in front of hotel. No frills.

The Palmerston is an affordable place to stay in Toronto. It is in an area with a lot of restaurants and cafes to satisfy a picky eater. The biggest critique I have of the room is that it really needs a blackout curtain.

The owner didn't let me check in until I found some email they sent me while I was on a plane. He was rude and didn't bother hiding his irritation. Terrible humiliating experience, totally ruined my impression of the whole trip.

Very simple, loved the check in and check out process (there was just the code, no human interaction). Space was small but very comfortable. Quiet and felt very safe. Wish there was parking but that’s all!
