Loved having a kitchenette, 2 tvs, great coffee in the morning...they have a Lavazza espresso machine with the continental breakfast. About a half hour walk to Dundas square. Couple of maintenence issues, window hard to open and close, and the bedroom fan was very noisy. The floors weren't very clean but the rest of the room was clean. Overall a good stay

-no shower mat on a very slippery tub -tv very small and remote control malfunctioning; -has patio but locked for safety per staff (useless amenity) -not a typical hotel but an apartment. no drawers in the bedroom, just the closet. -poor customer service of the night staff at check in. did not even take a moment to welcome us...just asked "checking in?". didn't even try to talk and brag about their hotel. will never return to this place. very unpleasant experience -breakfast area can only fit a small number of people; ran out of bread...asked the staff and was told "no more"; opens at 0630 but closed at 0900 when many people are still asleep. -at check out (early morning)...no staff present but a security personnel positive: the housekeeping personnel were wonderful!

I’d rate the suite 4 stars as it was clean and spacious. The housekeeping was a 1. After our first night only 2 clean towels were replaced (for 3 adults) and no toilet paper. After our second night (we stayed 3 nights) we returned late in the day to find no housekeeping at all. Both times we went to the front desk and were provided with what was necessary, but not what I was expecting when booking an expensive suite.
