The hotel was fine, but the road it’s on can be very noisy. The hotel also had some air conditioning repairs going on during our stay, which meant that loud construction noises could be heard throughout the building. We were not pre-warned of this until our arrival.

2nd time stayed here cos it’s more affordably priced. Not many shops here. But there are some good restaurants near by. Getting around was easy as there is the JR Yamamote line and subway. Easy to get to both airports. However, had to book the standard room as the bigger ones were fully booked, and this was really small. Couldn’t open 2 luggage. But the room was clean and daily provision of comfortable pyjamas. Room had a view of Tokyo tower too. Free coffee and toiletries like skincare creams and lotions at the lobby. Would stay here again. But bigger rooms

This is an excellent location. Just a couple of blocks from the train station. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. There is a laundromat two blocks away. The staff was attentive and the facility was very clean. I highly recommend.

No daily room service is not the same as a dirty unclean room. The room was dirty from top to bottom. The pillows and bed sheets were smelly and reeked of smoke. The vent did not help with the smoke odor. There is definitely something wrong with the air filter for room 205. The cigarette smell was so bad even a smoker would complain. The smoke odor was so bad that i had to request the room to be cleaned. The staff complied but it did not help because the smoke is coming from the other rooms as well due to the bad ventilation. Opening the window also did not help. It had a big queen size bed but the room is so smelly and small you might be better off at a capsule hotel. Do not come to this hotel if you can help it. Do no lt ever get room 205. Get a refund if you get room 205. A stressful stay. Should be called Hotel Don't stay.

I've stayed at this hotel many times. The rooms are good size and are cleaned on request. If I had to give one fault it's there is only one lift for this hotel which sometimes needs a short wait. But that's not a big issue. I will return again to this hotel. Thanks.

This review is mostly directed at the hotel and not the staff. After checking in and having them make a copy of your passport, then ask you to specify where you’ve been prior to arriving to their hotel, and when you’re headed after checking out, you’re greeted with an Inn style motel room entrance. Getting into the room you realize that the A/C has been off for a while, the room was toasting at 26C, carpet looked clean, but oh man the condition of the wall, bed duvet cover, bathroom, and the list goes on. The room is very small, we still managed to open 1.5 big luggages and barely had some room to navigate and not bump into everything around. But it was tiny. We spotted a couple of hairs around the bathroom sink and toilet seat. Was pretty disgusting to be honest. Also the toilet had some mildew or something around the joints. The toilet flush handle gets stuck when you use it, which was a nice added bonus… The bathtub grip handle is coming apart. By the way I got photos of everything I described here. The A/C did cool the room pretty quickly, the shower stream is strong, and they offer very basic amenities: soap, body wash, hair wash, conditioner, tooth brush, 1 extra toilet paper, facial tissues. Nothing compared to the previous hotels we’ve visited during our stay in Japan (no body loofah, no hair rubber bands, no water bottles, etc.). And the price wasn’t cheap either. Fortunately we were only staying there for 1 night as a transit to the airport.
