Great location halfway between two metro stations (less than 5 minute walk to each). Staff members go out of their way to make us feel welcome and honor requests. We will never tire of the nighttime view of Tokyo Tower.

The staff were excellent and very helpful. The hotel itself was tidy and clean. The amenities were not great- shops and restaurants didn’t open until 10/11, there was a charge to use the gym/sauna area even with us staying 7 nights.

Property was great! Staff is very friendly. What I don’t liked is that you need to pay daily to use the property facilities, like pool, gym and sauna. First time I see that. But everything else is great. Convenient location closed to metro station .

It was a beautiful luxury hotel with polite professional staff. The hotel had a mix of old world charm with a modern look. It is located near Shiba Park and is a short walk to subway stations though transportation via car is always readily available. The hotel also has a shuttle to and from both international airports. In addition there are several restaurants on site which is very convenient.
