This property is so quiet and beautiful. The staff spoke English and were so helpful. Stations are walking distance You’re 10 min walk from Ginza.

This is our first trip to Tokyo and couldn't pick a better hotel. First of all, the location is quite convenient. There is an underpass to 2 train stations which essentially gets to where you need to go in Tokyo or to another city. The staff was super helpful and polite. The staff helped me with places where to eat (they even called for reservations on my behalf) and answeree any other questions I had. The rooms are clean and offered enough space for my family. Don't expect huge rooms since that's how it is in Japan. We liked it so much here that we cancelled our other hotel reservation and rebooked here after we get back from Osaka.

This was my 2nd stay here. Shiodome is a quiet area to stay with easy access to the subway and main JR train line around Tokyo. Ginza is a quick walk away. Hotel staff are excellent and friendly. The breakfast is very good!

Hotel staff were knowledgeable and approachable when answering questions. The hotel doesn’t have many option for restaurants, but is walkable to subway station. Hotel provides many amenities and services. Overall enjoyed my stayed a lot.

The hotel was nice and close to transportation (Shiodome Station). Located in the Business District, there weren’t a lot of shops or restaurants in walking distance. Room was clean and adequate in size. We didn’t have the buffet breakfast (too expensive) but we did have the buffet lunch one day and it was good value at half the price of breakfast.

The hotel staff were friendly, check in and out was smooth and quick. It’s slightly away from the major parts of Tokyo but with the train right outside literally, using it and transferring too other lines was super easy. Would def stay again

The hotel is in office area but connected to subway station which is convenient. Restaurants choice is limited. The lunch buffet at the hotel priced at 1300 yen offers great price-value. The lunch buffet is only during weekdays. It offers great food choices, cannot find better value. We were in Tokyo twice during same trip. We went back to this hotel to have lunch (buffet). Strong recommendation. We would come back to stay for next trip.
