With a distinct gated complex, memorable location, gorgeous ocean front views, innovative architectural masterpieces all enriched by natural surroundings. Enjoy a large balcony overlooking the Pacific Ocean with all the amenities of a 5 star resort 4 pools over looking the ocean as well as stair ways to our magnificent exclusive beach that can only be enjoyed by our guests. There is a circular bar, a kitchen and Jacuzzi tub to provide a great setting for a special get away or vacation that you've been waiting for. Location : La Jolla Del Mar in Rosarito beach is just 17 miles drive from San Diego. Our Condo is 5 minutes out side of town. Highlights : Use our place as your base and explore the Coastal Lines of Mexico. We are located on the beach with direct exclusive beach access near Restaurants, night clubs and shopping centers. The Condo has 24 hours security with parking on complex. Letter of recommendation by one of our renters: Dear future renters, I can’t even begin to describe the experience we had staying at this beautiful condo. It being our first visit to Rosarito, we did not know what to expect and having had the privilege of staying here was truly remarkable. Imagine getting up in the morning in such a beautifully decorated condo and being able to open your doors and be woken up by the morning breeze of the beach is unforgettable. The ability to walk outside to your balcony and have direct access to the pool, spa and beach is great and convenient. They have 24-hr. security so your car is well taken care of at all times. All my guests and I truly had a wonderful time staying here and will definitely continue to try and stay here in future visits. I hope that you give yourselves the opportunity to experience the unforgettable times that this condo has to offer. It says max 8 guests and additional 35$ for extra guests. After I book the property owner told me he only allowed 6 guests and could only add 2 more guests at 70$ A NIGHT!. I had never booked a place like this so I was new to all this. When we arrived I decided to add more guests and asked at the office if I could do it there and was told no. Some how the guy at the office lied to the property owner and said I tried bribing him with cash like 35$ a night for one person was a lot. The owner called me raising his voice at me trying to call me a liar saying I wasn’t a man or some no non sense like that. I kept my cool not wanting to loose the money I had already payed for the apartment. The next day my wife and sister and 2 KIDS ages 5 and 7 were harassed by one of the security guards saying we had too many ppl in the apartment when there was fewer guest then what was on the list. You can’t have any visitors whatsoever. If you’re wanna go and just relax and bot go out this is the place for you. Wanna spend time wirh family and enjoy yourself I suggest you book somewhere else. ##### Lorraine H. Fantastic view of the ocean, you can capture beautiful sunsets, close access to the pool and jacuzzi, and the parking lot. The complex is perfectly situated with private beach access and feels safe. It’s a great space to stay with a family or group. Overall very clean with the exception of the fridge smelling bad but I think that might be because they shut off power to the unit when no one stays, perhaps people have left food and it goes bad. The guards at the entrance gave us a hard time more than once and were a little rude but that has nothing to do with the actual apartment. The decor was a little excessive and cluttery, we had to move it out of the way to have counter space and then put it back before check out but that was’t too much of a big deal for us. The property owner was responsive and helpful. I would stay here again and I’ve already recommended it to a couple friends. Everything was very clean and beautifully decorated. The lay out of the penthouse is beautiful and views are beyond stunning. It was so enjoyable that I decided to skip out on going out and stayed in the entire weekend. There are more than enough pools and jacuzzis so that it was never crowded. The place is family friendly and felt very safe. The only suggestion I have is that the host supply the basic necessities such as TP, paper towers and toothpaste. However, there is a store nearby where I was able to purchase these items. I highly recommend Shawn's place for a romantic or family getaway. I look forward to staying here again. ##### Marisa A. The property has several pools and jacuzzis. (I wasn’t happy that a guard chased my 9-year-old out of the lap pool on Saturday but then let younger kids swim in it the following day, but so be it.) The building is right on a sandy beach with incredible views. My only complaint about the interior of the unit is that the carpets desperately need to be cleaned. Other than that, the unit was great. I had a lovely stay at Shawn's condo. It was well-appointed, safe, and had scenic views. The condo itself is big, with large rooms, and a large master bath (Quick note ... do not use both showers at the same time as one will experience a significant decrease in water pressure). The staff and security were friendly and I felt completely safe while on the property. It is a great place to get away and still enjoy the night life (short 5 min. ride). Views espectacular, facilities are very well kept and safe. Security is friendly and very present. Can’t walk to downtown but it’s a short drive. I wish we could have stayed longer but the 3 days I was there were very comfortable. It feels just like home. The place is very clean and they have security 24/7\.
