Welcome to Sea Grove 307, your perfect beach getaway! This beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo is just a short stroll from the sandy shores of Surfside Beach. Nestled in a quiet, oak-shaded complex, you'll enjoy peaceful surroundings and access to a large community pool – perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. Inside, the condo offers all the comforts of home with stylish furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, and plenty of space to unwind. Whether you're planning a family vacation or a couples' retreat, this coastal gem has everything you need for a relaxing and memorable stay. Sea Grove is located 3 miles north of the Garden City Pier. This three-story complex is situated among live oak trees in Surfside Beach. Enjoy barbequing at the community grill and swimming in the large outdoor pool (open Easter/April 1 to October 1). Just a short stroll or drive, this complex is three blocks from the beach. Pack your beach bag and have fun in the sun, sand, and surf. There is no elevator at Sea Grove. Two parking permits are issued per unit. Sea Grove is one of the only complexes that will allow renters to have a gas-powered golf cart as one of their vehicles.
